Are you a results-driven go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Centrapay, we’re on a mission to revolutionise alternative payments, reward, and loyalty. As a Sales Specialist you’ll focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales, primarily through phone or email communication. Working remotely, handling inbound calls and interacting with potential clients. The primary goal of a Customer Solutions Specialist is to drive revenue growth and expand Centrapay’s customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay’s offerings
- Track leads, nurture relationships, and follow up on opportunities
- Convert leads into customers, and support the Sales team in driving revenue growth
- Assist with pre-sales onboarding when required
- Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- A solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales
- Ideally you’ll be based in Auckland
