Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Closer who excels in closing deals and possesses strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, an in-depth understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires a tenacious individual who can handle high-pressure situations and turn potential objections into opportunities.

NOTE: Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish, spoken and written. Only resumes in English will be considered. This application is open to individuals who permanently reside in any Latin American country.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales deals with new and existing clients to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Utilize hard negotiation skills to influence and persuade clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns and objections effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
