Sales Representative – US
You play a crucial role in driving our company’s revenue and growth in the territory markets, for our Employer of Record (EOR) and business services. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to identify new opportunities as well as grow existing relationships in these territories. You will be involved in shaping the sales strategy, managing the end-to-end process and ensure effective communication between the sales team and other departments.
The target territories for this position are New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in your assigned region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s sales objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Initiate contact with prospects, establish rapport, and conduct needs assessments to understand their requirements
- Build the sales pipeline and sales metrics to track progress towards goals
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the Sales leadership team
- Develop an ecosystem to drive a sustainable pipeline
- Address prospective client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjustment of strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
- This role will require travel to meet prospective clients and partners, attend conferences, or conduct market research
- Other adhoc projects as and when requested
Requirements
- Extensive B2B sales experience in the territory markets
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the EOR or business service model is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, communication tools, and other relevant software platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation skills
- Awareness and appreciation for cultural differences
- Skilled at analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and making sound decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and flexibility in managing changing priorities
