Position: Sales Representative Real Estate 

Working Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday to Friday 

Holidays:  TBD

Salary Range: $1,700 – $2,000 USD + Commission 

Payment Frequency: Monthly 

Scope of the Role 

Join our team as a Sales Representative focused on real estate and oil & gas. Your primary responsibilities will involve cold-calling potential sellers using provided data and information. With training, you will become proficient in calling scripts, scenarios, and industry terminology. Your success in generating leads and closing deals will be crucial, with the opportunity for commission on closed deals and potential advancement to a leadership role.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential sellers of oil land or real estate.
  • Utilize provided training to effectively communicate with prospects and generate interest in selling.
  • Collaborate with the middle manager to facilitate the closing of deals, earning commission on successful closures.
  • Source and create deals through proactive outreach and lead-generation efforts.
  • Operate independently after gaining experience, with the potential to lead a team in the future.
  • The expectation of make 100 calls per day to generate leads and close deals.
  • Potential to close deals within a two-month timeframe with full-time calling effort.

Requirements

  • English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, ideally in the real estate industry.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, as client will provide training.
  • Access to necessary equipment, including a laptop, internet connection, and cell phone (dual monitor optional).
