Position Summary
We are hiring a Sales Representative with a pharmaceutical or specialty sales background and established connections in the neurology community. This role is referral-focused. You’ll use your provider relationships to help connect eligible patients to our care.
This position is remote with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage neurologists and related specialists to drive patient referrals to BTT Medical Group (BTT Corp)
- Educate providers on our care offerings and patient eligibility criteria
- Leverage existing relationships within your territory to open referral pathways
- Serve as a consultative liaison for referring providers, offering responsive, white-glove support
- Partner with internal care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and coordination for referred patients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specialty medical sales, or clinical outreach
- Well-connected within the neurology community, with trusted provider relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence HCP behavior and drive referral activity through education and strategic engagement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach strategy with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field (preferred)
