Sales Operator (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Operator to build, lead, and scale our outbound appointment setter team

from the ground up. This person will architect the systems, performance infrastructure, and

strategic rhythm of a high-output sales support unit. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B

sales team leader with a proven ability to manage remote setter teams, implement QA and KPI

frameworks, and ensure alignment with closer teams to drive revenue conversion.

This is not a “scrappy startup” role. We’re looking for a systems-minded, metrics-driven leader

who can build a sales machine that runs on precision, accountability, and performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Setup & Management

Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing appointment setter team from scratch

Define team structure, shift schedules, workflows, and daily operating cadence

Conduct weekly calibration sessions with the Closer Team to ensure alignment on pitch,

qualification criteria, and lead quality.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine KPI tracking, QA processes, call scripts,
  • and reporting systems
  • Monitor real-time performance through HubSpot and Kixie Dialer dashboards
  • Deliver actionable performance insights to leadership, ensuring accountability across the

  • Design lead outreach workflows for both voice and non-voice campaigns
  • Create appointment-setting strategies that maximize show-up rates and qualification

System Ownership & Process Standardization

  • Build and own the sales ops infrastructure using HubSpot and Kixie Dialer
  • Standardize processes to ensure consistency across lead handling, follow-up, and CRM

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, including voice and non-voice
  • appointment setting
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing remote sales teams
  • Proven experience setting up sales support teams, KPI tracking, and QA systems from

  • Deep familiarity with CRM and dialer tools, ideally HubSpot + Kixie Dialer
  • Strong command of English — written, spoken, and in documentation/presentation
