Role

One of our ventures is seeking a dedicated and analytical Sales Operations Assistant to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the primary purpose of this role is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations, contributing directly to the growth and scalability of the business. This role involves optimizing sales processes, managing the CRM systems, conducting in-depth performance analysis, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

 

This role will initially focus on mastering the administrative aspects of the sales operations, with the prospect of advancing into a client-facing position in the future. Essential skills for success in this position include strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, confident personality. Our ideal candidate will be adept at interacting effectively with partners and managing challenging situations with resilience.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the commercial department 
  • Oversee the operations of the CRM system (Monday), including data management, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Conduct detailed business revenue reporting and commercial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and achieve commercial objectives through coordinated projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within Affiliate, FinTech, or marketing industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM management and optimization, particularly with Monday.com.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with BigQuery and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with project management tools, WordPress, and data analysis tools like Looker Studio is beneficial.
