To continue our successful growth we are looking for a Closer / US Sales Lead

Do you want to drive the strategic sales initiatives of a multi 7-figure company at the forefront of the E-Learning Coaching industry? 

As our US Sales Lead, you’ll close hi-ticket deals deals while also coaching, mentoring, and developing our US Sales Closer team to expand our market reach, and solidify our position as industry leaders. You’ll also collaborate closely with the CRO to review and improve sales processes and scripts, as well working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments to ensure our sales efforts align perfectly with broader business goals.

Your opportunity: 

  • Close hi-ticket deals for our E-Learning Coaching business
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and elevate the sales team by managing all aspects of hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analysing industry trends and market changes, then adapt and refine our sales strategies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and product departments to sync efforts and maximise sales potential.
  • Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service that keeps clients coming back.
  • Manage the annual sales budget, accurately forecast monthly sales, and pinpoint new business opportunities to keep us growing.
  • Provide the executive team with detailed sales reports, deep revenue analysis, and actionable insights that drive decisions.
  • Build and refine sales processes and infrastructure to ensure our growth and scalability aren’t just sustained but accelerated.
  • Nurture a culture of success that continuously pushes the envelope on business and goal achievement.


  • 5+ years’ hi-ticket closing experience with a demonstrable track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales management and coaching experience
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in SaaS, Ed-Tech, E-Learning, Coaching, or Digital Marketing industries.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills for remote based sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using Hubspot and Google Workspace; familiarity with other sales applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.


The Pay:

OTE potential of $10,000 plus per month – Commission based
