What You Will Do 

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities, contributing to SDR upper funnel effort
  • Generate leads through cold emails, linkedin sales navigator, networking, and other outreach efforts
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Use Salesforce as company CRM, ensure data accuracy for reporting analytics
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (undergraduates are welcome)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Knowledge in the insurance industry is a major advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Internship duration: Minimum of 2 months
