What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities, contributing to SDR upper funnel effort
- Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and other outreach efforts
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Use Salesforce as company CRM, ensure data accuracy for reporting analytics
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (undergraduates are welcome)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite is required
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
- Knowledge in the insurance industry is a major advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Internship duration: Minimum of 2 months
