Sales Executive, UK (Remote)

SASMAR is currently hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

As a Sales Executive at SASMAR, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Present and promote SASMAR’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
