As a Sales Executive, your role will be vital in generating new revenue growth for Huble by actively seeking new clients and matching their needs to Huble solutions. To achieve this, you will conduct consulting sessions with potential clients to gain a solid understanding of their needs and objectives.

Leveraging your expertise in Digital, Marketing and Sales, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide strategic recommendations based (in proposal format with quotes) on our comprehensive range of service offerings, such as HubSpot CRM solutions, website experience and design, marketing, sales, and creative services. You will need strong negotiation skills to win the hearts and minds of prospects. 

As this role will be supporting our German-speaking clients, we require someone who is fluent in speaking and writing German.

This is a full-time and remote role where we would like you to join us in the Munich office once or twice a quarter for team socials or meetings with clients. No worries about expenses – we’ve got you covered!

Here are a few of the tasks you’ll get to work on:

1) Engaging and nurturing prospects and customers to successfully reach sales targets

  • Taking a prospect or customer from expressed interest though the Huble sales process, following all the identified steps and adapting where necessary to close the deal.
  • Conducting demonstrations of the HubSpot platform.
  • Developing a plan to reach and exceed sales targets set.

2) Reporting on the sales process

  • Ensuring the submission of precise forecast reports.
  • Providing reports on activity levels and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

3) Source and attract potential customers

  • Collaborate closely with the Huble Marketing team to ensure the generation of inbound leads.
  • Identify prospects who match our Ideal Customer Profile from various sources, resulting in qualified opportunities.
  • Implement outreach programs to engage decision makers and influencers among identified prospects.

️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Mid-Senior years of experience in consulting or consultative sales.
  • Have experience in a Consultancy or Agency with a strong focus on strategic marketing.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and Marketing Technology.
  • Excellent command of German and English both written and verbal.
