As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to execute the post lead-generation stages of the sales process, guiding our prospective partners and providing them with all necessary support to insure the closing of the deal.  

In this role you will be responsible to

  • Use product and commercial understanding of the iGaming industry to provide our prospective partners with the relevant information needed to persuade them to choose us as their partner
  • Use business acumen to review and understand business requirements from our prospective partners and ways in which we can meet such needs
  • Communicate internally to gather information and share the commercial/business feedback deriving for the sales discussion with our Product department
  • Deliver product demos that are tailored to the needs of each prospective partner
  • Act as an advisor to our prospective partners, delivering value to them from the early stages of the sales process
  • Prioritize and care for our prospective partners
  • Learn more about the product and stay up to date with features


  • Previous experience in Sales in the iGaming industry, ideally within a Platform or B2B provider
  • Business acumen of Casino and Sport-betting products
  • A solution-driven mindset, backed by a strong analytical ability and resourceful approaches when it comes to solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-IT professionals
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
