Role Description:
We are on the hunt for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Execu to fortify our sales initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in driving our business growth and expanding the company’s market presence by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your duties will involve a combination of online and face-to-face interactions and creating strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Scout for potential leads through online research, referrals, networking events and other channels and establish contact.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to initiate conversations with prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting progress, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations both online and in-person.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Be involved in the onboarding process improving our customer success.
- Evaluate and refine sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales approaches, set targets, and devise scalable strategies for sustained growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and improve the customer journey.
- Stay attuned to market trends, ensuring that BolsterUp remains ahead of the curve.
- Offer input to the product team based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B SaaS environment or Proptech/Contech space.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with the tenacity to pursue leads relentlessly.
- Comfortable with both online demos and in-person meetings.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in Greek with good knowledge of English (any other languages are an advantage)
- Familiarity with the European market is a plus.
