Your Role as a Sales Development Representative:
- Proactive Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients and partners via telephone, email, and social media platforms.
- Efficient Scheduling: Organize meetings and oversee the calendars for the sales teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both the team and prospective clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities within a CRM system.
- Database Oversight: Regularly update and assess the contact database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to fully understand offerings and convey the value proposition effectively.

Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, and Outbound Messaging (including LinkedIn and Cold Emails).
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with essential sales and outreach tools, such as CRMs, Prospecting Tools, and Automation Tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport with clients. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Organisational Skills: Outstanding time management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Competence in utilising Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms such as Slack, ChatGPT, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
- Remote Ready: Capability to operate efficiently in a remote setting, equipped with a dependable laptop and internet connection.
- Detail-Oriented: A strong attention to detail and a commitment to sustaining high-quality data within systems.
