Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linked in, and cold calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives with high-potential prospects.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and increase engagement rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets.
  • Continuously learn and adapt sales techniques based on feedback and results.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Slack, and more.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in B2B outreach
  • Confident and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly self-motivated
  • Bonus: Experience supporting SaaStech, or startup sales teams
  • Excellent resilience, problem-solving mindset, and hunger to learn and grow
