We are looking for someone to help build our success through scaling and transforming our datasets for our upcoming new product lines (whilst uncovering key data trends for our existing products). Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1/2 year of experience as an SDR, looking to progress either into sales or team lead
  • Ambitious, a go-getter and a natural leader
  • Thorough onboarding process to get you up to speed
  • Manage inbound leads, execute initial contact, schedule a discovery meeting into AEs calendar
  • Outbound and lead generation, build a pipeline of leading companies in the Property space
  • Expect fast progression and personal development
  • You will be building out the SDR function and have the freedom to make it your own
  • Total addressable market of 4000 accounts, which you can have ownership of

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrable SDR experience in B2B technology, information, or related fields
  • Prospecting and new business acquisition skills
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality to sell into this market.
  • Proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn Salesforce (CRM) as a key sales tool
  • We are based in London but remote workers with strong sales acumen will also be considered
  • Legal rights to live and work in the UK

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of the Residential property market and/or Residential property valuations process
  • Formalised value-based sales training or telephone selling skills
  • Salesforce experience and wider sales reporting/forecasting experience
