The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Accomplishr, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will:

  • Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target industries and segments.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to engage with prospects and introduce them to our platform.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to identify opportunities and determine fit for our solution.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team to further engage with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and visibility into pipeline performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or lead generation roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quotas.
  • Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools, including CRM systems, email automation platforms, and social selling tools.
