Eminence Talent Group (ETG) seeks a high-performing Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process, and excelling in initiating new relationships. As a key player in our growth strategy, the Sales Executive will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales closures.

Objectives of This Role:

  • Represent ETG’s services, using in-depth knowledge and research to meet customer needs.
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging with sales executives for further development.
  • Contribute to refining ETG’s lead-generation strategies.


  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Understand prospect needs and recommend appropriate ETG services.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on ETG’s services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales targets.


Two or more years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets.

  • Strong communication skills, both via phone and email.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Hubspot.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a history of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
