Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads through cold outreach
  • Handle high volumes of cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach daily
  • Conduct research on ideal client profiles to personalize outreach
  • Set up qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain detailed activity logs in CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and lead conversion

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline generation targets
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls and outreach daily
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, self-managed environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ideally, experience in industries such as SaaS, B2B tech, HR tech, or marketing technology
  • Candidates residing in Egypt must be registered as a business entity (e.g., sole proprietorship or company) with a valid Commercial ID in order to receive payments from international employers. This is required to remain compliant with Egyptian regulations.
