Sales & Customer Success Representative

can turn inbound inquiries into long-term client relationships with care, urgency, and
integrity.
As a Sales & Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the first voice many homebuyers,
real estate agents, and investors hear. Your mission: guide them through the inspection
process, answer their questions, earn their trust, and ensure their experience is
exceptional—before, during, and after the inspection.
What Success Looks Like
– Consistently meeting weekly booking and conversion goals
– Clients who feel informed, not pressured
– Transparent CRM notes that support team communication
– Positive customer feedback and strong referral volume
Requirements
Own the Relationship & Drive Revenue
– Respond to inbound calls from clients and real estate professionals
– Conduct warm outbound calls to follow up on leads and drive appointment bookings
– Convert inquiries into scheduled home inspections with professionalism and urgency
– Consult and educate customers to ensure confidence—not pressure—in their decisions
– Use CRM software to enter orders, log detailed communication notes, and track progress
– Provide inspection service options and helpful notes for the inspection team
– Negotiate service agreements that reflect mutual understanding and value
Deliver Outstanding Customer Success
– Follow up consistently, respecting timelines, budgets, and decision-making cycles
– Support post-inspection clients with questions, concerns, and next steps
– Resolve client issues promptly with care and clear communication
– Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
– Coordinate all parties involved in the inspection process for smooth execution
– Stay informed about market trends and competitor services
Collaborate and Improve
– Work closely with inspection and operations teams to ensure alignment
– Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and service delivery
– Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales performance reviews
– Represent Magnolia’s values of honesty, excellence, and client care in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
– 2+ years in sales, customer service, real estate, or client success roles
– Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows
– CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
– Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability
– A mindset built on integrity, empathy, and consistent self-improvement

Benefits
Compensation & Schedule
– $20/hour base pay + performance-based bonuses
– Flexible roles:
– Part-time: 25–30 hours/week
– Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
– Core hours: Mondays & Tuesdays required; some Saturdays preferred
– Remote-first: Must have high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
