Sales Coordinator

Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.

– Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.

– Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.

– Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.

– Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

– 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry.

– Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.

– Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
