Sales (Business Development) Manаger to staff agency
Company is a licensed professional agency in Poland specializing in staff outsourcing, recruitment, and temporary workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
· identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients for all services agency
· determination of the terms of cooperation and estimation of the cost of the project
· signing contracts with clients
· carrying out a set number of scheduled calls or meetings with potential clients
· working in CRM and updating information there
Requirements
- Experience in sales of services in recruting or related field
- Understanding the market of mass recruiting
- Knowledge of topics in the HR industry, including the temporary labor market.
- Knowledge of sales techniques consistent with current market trends.
- Working Languages : Polish
- English at least B2
- Advanced Google, Excel, PC Proficiency in high level
Benefits
- Fixed part depends of evperiense in the field, from 4000 – 6000 PLN monthly net + bonuses depending on the work
- Total incom fix part + bonus of 20% of the gross income of the project for the third month after signing (the bonus is paid 80% for a warm client from the database, 100% for signing with a cold contact) + bonus of PLN 1000 for signing the project upon receipt of the order from the client for at least 20 FTE

- Working hours: 9-17 on weekdays
- Annual paid vacation according to local legislation
- Travel: very occasional travel to clients office or factory, participation in exhibitions (after passing the probation period)
