JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales and Marketing Support will work closely with the CEO to assist in business development activities, particularly in outreach to existing clients and potential leads. This role involves utilizing tools like HubSpot for CRM management and email outreach. The assistant will be responsible for writing initial outreach emails, identifying target clients, and maintaining contact records in HubSpot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outreach to existing clients and potential leads via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage CRM system (HubSpot) to maintain accurate client records and track communication activities.
  • Research and identify potential leads based on past work and client relationships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies, including email sequences and follow-up procedures. (email, Linkedin, texting)
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize outreach efforts and target specific clients or industries.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities and progress made in client engagement.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and follow-up calls with clients and leads.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
  • Hit outbound activity KPIs and OKRs (ex # of sales activities, responses, meetings set)

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and email outreach tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to conduct research and identify potential leads.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing client records and outreach activities.
  • Familiarity with business development and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales support roles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Familiarity with modern technology tools for communication and outreach (ex Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Hubspot, Slack)
