Sales and Marketing Executive (French and English Speaking)
The role
As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Laka, you’ll be part of a mission-driven company revolutionising the insurance industry with fairness and transparency. Our unique collective bicycle insurance model has earned us a reputation for exceptional customer service and high ratings.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the teams to launch Laka into France (D2C) as well as supporting our existing b2b2c partners with sales administration, pitch decks and account management. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead EU and France Market Lead, as well as our global Marketing team in the UK.
Your role as a Sales and Marketing Executive will encompass a range of responsibilities across the team. As an integral part of the team, you’ll provide valuable support to the Sales team, nurture partnerships and represent Laka at industry trade shows and events.. Additionally, you will be actively involved throughout the entire marketing funnel, from executing campaigns through to email marketing and social media content creation.
- Collaborating closely with the France Market lead and EU Lead to help launch our D2C product and grow existing partnerships.
- Account management of small to medium French partners including day to day tasks and reporting.
- Lead management and prioritisation of French inbounds.
- Provide support in the implementation of campaign rollouts, CRM, analytics, and regional market analysis.
- Creative copywriting for digital marketing campaigns and content.
- Assisting the Sales team by providing marketing materials, aiding in lead acquisition, and supporting partnership activations.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales roles.
- Are completely fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and taking a proactive approach to getting things done.
- Have a love for cycling and are eager to make an impact in the cycling industry.
