Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Support
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Track and update sales performance data to ensure timely reporting and insights.
- Monitor and update internal sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Act as a liaison between the sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
- Handle internal scheduling, client follow-ups, and sales-related meetings.
- Support internal sales training, team coordination, and process documentation.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance tracking sheets, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Process Improvement & Internal Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal sales functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales administrative, operations, or support role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with contract processing, invoicing, and sales documentation is a plus.
