Sales Account Representative

The Role:
As a Sales Account Representative at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring their success on our platform. You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals, needs, and challenges, and identify opportunities to drive value and impact through our platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their usage of the platform, identify opportunities for expansion, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment of efforts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track and manage account activities and opportunities in our CRM system, and provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels of the organization.
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building relationships and helping customers succeed.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
