We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented EMEA Sales Account Executive to join a high-growth team in the enterprise database and cloud services space. Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by strategically segmenting the territory and generating high-quality leads.
  • Drive outreach efforts, follow up on marketing leads, and develop key relationships in target accounts.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate the business and technical value of the product.
  • Manage sales cycles end-to-end—from lead generation to deal closure—while tracking activity in internal systems.
  • Share insights from the field to help refine messaging, overcome objections, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Maintain accountability for expense management and help document customer wins and success stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role, ideally at a database, open-source, or public cloud company.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and influencing customer decision-making timelines.
  • Experience navigating startup or scale-up environments with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to support customer engagement and success.
