We are currently seeking a Routing Manager to lead and optimize our A2P SMS routing operations. This is a key role within our dynamic team, offering the opportunity to shape routing strategies, manage a skilled team, and ensure high-quality message delivery to our global customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze SMS traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive data analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery.
Maintain and build relationships with international carriers and SMS partners.
Stay informed on evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices in A2P messaging and routing.
Be part of the routing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols.
Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
