Roblox Native UGC Creator Manager

Sawhorse Productions is seeking a talented and innovative Roblox Native UGC Creator Manager to join our dynamic team. As UGC Creator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our community of creators through the process of integrating (UGC) on the Roblox platform for a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

Team Managing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and manager for our community of UGC creators.
  • Responsible for hitting deadlines, delegating, and prioritizing key tasks to the team.
  • Be part of the creative team that understands what the clients want for their brand through UGC.

Content Curation:

  • Curate and review user-generated content submitted by the community for quality, creativity, and adherence to artistic and technical guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to creators, encouraging continuous improvement and alignment with the overall artistic direction.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between UGC creators and cross-functional teams within Sawhorse Productions.
  • Act as a liaison between the UGC community on Discord and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
  • Advise on best practices for UGC creation, accessory types, boundaries and be up to date with the latest Roblox announcements.

UGC Asset Integration:

  • Be the main point of contact for uploads of UGC to the project accounts.
  • Ensure that UGC aligns with the overall artistic direction, technical requirements, and quality standards of Sawhorse Productions.

Documentation and Training:

  • Ensure that UGC Creators adhere to best practices and technical requirements, elevating the standards of UGC creation to meet Sawhorse’s excellence.

LOCATION/SCHEDULE

  • This role can be based in the Los Angeles office or remote.
  • This position is generally operating during West Coast hours M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Salary range: 

$30-35/hour

Requirements

  • Familiarity with 3D asset creation and Roblox development, and the technical aspects of the UGC integration.
  • Proven experience in managing UGC Creators or teams.
  • Strong understanding of Roblox Studio, platform policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with skills in facilitating collaboration between UGC creators and the Sawhorse team, including Artists, Developers and other Managers.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Understanding of the technical requirements and limitations of the Roblox Studio infrastructure to ensure that the Sawhorse team is setting realistic expectations for clients.
  • Proficient in creating clear and structured documentation for UGC creators, providing guidelines and best practices.
