The role of Retentions Manager is key to building and maintaining relationships with our clients and prioritising client retention whilst identifying areas for opportunity and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess experience from a similar role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Communicate with our clients to increase loyalty and retain business and relationships
  • Track renewals dates and proactively follow up with clients in advance
  • Quickly devise solutions to problems to secure solid working relationships and annual subscriptions
  • Ensuring client appointments are booked (2-4 appointment per day) with the Senior Account Manager so critical discussions about current/future engagement can take place
  • Identify process improvements and feedback to line manager for discussion/implementation

Requirements

Essential:

  • Employed in a similar role
  • Sales-driven, client focussed and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to maintain and create effective relationships
  • Open communicator, learns on the go and asks questions
  • Strong time management skills

Desirable:

  • Automotive experience
