As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Malta based Responsible Gaming Specialist.
The selected individual will be responsible to:
- Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
- Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
- Escalate cases to the relevant departments as required from time to time in accordance with internal procedures
- Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
- Work across multiple jurisdictions
- Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an iGaming online in a similar role
- Responsible Gaming knowledge
- Familiarity with the MGA and German frameworks
- A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
- Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dutch or German skills are considered a significant advantage
