Researcher II (Remote – US)

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX Researcher to help shape strategic product decisions at scale. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into product innovations that resonate. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive research plans using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Align research efforts with product roadmaps and company strategy to uncover key user insights.
- Deliver compelling findings through clear documentation, visualizations, and presentations.
- Work cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and client success teams to embed insights into the product development lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end research operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and communications.
- Champion user-centered thinking and help build a culture of empathy across teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, helping stakeholders translate findings into actionable decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in a wide range of research methodologies and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with research platforms and tools such as Dscout, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, Rally UXR, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Heap.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic, remote-first environments.
- Experience working across time zones and in fast-paced agile settings.
- Bonus: Background in marketplace platforms or multi-sided ecosystems.
