Remote Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, PsyD, or PhD)

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking Remote Therapists to join our team. We are looking for licensed mental health professionals, including LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, PsyD, or PhD, who are passionate about providing high-quality teletherapy services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote therapy services to clients through video or phone sessions.
  • Establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients and create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and modalities to address clients’ needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client progress and treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to appropriate resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted license as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of practice.
  • Experience providing therapy services, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Comfortable with using technology for teletherapy sessions and electronic record-keeping.
