Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products and services efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
- Offer feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall support process and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new team members as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Availability to work remotely while being part of a team based in Greece.
