Job Description:
As a Sales Manager specializing in debt settlement at The Credit Pros, you will be responsible for building and leading a debt settlement sales team while collaborating with the Director of Sales. You will collaborate with a nationally recognized debt settlement company to receive training and support, ensuring that you and your team are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this dynamic field.
Responsibilities:
- Build out the debt settlement sales function from scratch while heavily focusing on advancing and achieving revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage a team of 15 to 20 remote inside sales agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the debt settlement sector.
- Collaborate with our partner to leverage their training resources and expertise in debt settlement, ensuring that sales team members are well-prepared to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Motivating agents to perform better and go beyond minimum expectations.
- Managing a weekly budget for team building and agent motivating activities.
- Interviewing and recruiting sales agents to manage their team size.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members by reviewing call quality, administering training and coaching sessions, 1:1 check-ins and team huddles.
- Reporting performance and metrics to management and working alongside them to better execution and achievement.
- Perform agent management and administration tasks including payroll, approving paid time off (PTO) and attendance.
- Follow, create, update and recommend changes in processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for debt settlement services, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Client Satisfaction: Monitor and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring that sales team members provide excellent service, address client concerns promptly, and facilitate successful debt settlement outcomes.
Team Performance: Evaluate the performance of sales team members based on key metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and client retention, and implement strategies to optimize individual and team performance.

- 2-3 years’ experience of experience in managing high performing sales team in the credit industry.
