Remote Sales Executive
Staffaro is a leading Human Resources company looking for a remote sales executive who will be responsible for making warm calls, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
The Sales Development Executive works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. S/he handles administrative duties and assists the business development team in gaining and keeping customers. You’ll play a vital role in our growth by building relationships with automotive businesses and introducing them to the power of our services.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to current clients and secure Google reviews.
- Call and reach out through Facebook to successful business owners in our industry and ask them to appear on our podcast.
- Research and call tradeshows and conduct all the initial research.
- Research and help us conduct successful webinars to Business Owner’s in our industry.
- Be in charge of the marketing for our Dream 100 client list.
- This position requires a high degree of consistent follow up with potential clients. Building relationships overtime.
- Leverage social media prospecting techniques, particularly on Facebook, to identify and target qualified leads within the automotive industry.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with potential clients by establishing a deep understanding of their unique digital marketing needs and challenges.
- Proactively expand our online automotive community by inviting targeted leads to join our exclusive Facebook group, fostering a collaborative environment and brand awareness.
- Generate excitement and participation for the Golden Wrench Award by encouraging nominations from our Facebook network or potential clients.
- Secure high-profile guests for our industry-leading automotive podcast, expanding our thought leadership and audience reach
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration/Operations, and the like
- At least 3-year experience in any Sales Support position
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the United States, and be able to create a relationship
- Adept in research
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Proficiency in social media prospecting and engagement strategies, particularly on Facebook
- At least 3-year experience in customer service for U.S., U.K. or Australian accounts
- Extremely detail oriented
- You will be responsible for helping create an implement our lead follow up system
- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry landscape (a strong plus!)
