Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000

Key Duties:

• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct virtual therapy using best practices such as CBT and ABA.
• Provide targeted PTSD treatment in a structured therapeutic environment.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
• Keep detailed documentation in compliance with ICD-9 guidelines.
• Offer family therapy to support long-term well-being.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience, including telehealth exposure.
• Comfortable using digital platforms for therapy and documentation.
