Paired, a global staffing and recruiting agency, is seeking a skilled Appointment Setter with Salesforce experience to join our client’s team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our client’s success.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills. Your expertise in Salesforce, SMS Magic, and customer service will be essential in managing the CRM, building text sequences, and addressing customers’ needs via SMS.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with potential clients
- Manage Salesforce CRM to efficiently managed the leads
- Create and manage SMS sequences for estimate follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service through SMS correspondence
- Be a positive point of contact for inbound leads
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM
- Proven ability to build effective text sequences
- Proficiency in SMS Magic or similar SMS platforms
- Strong customer service background, particularly in SMS communication
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive remotely
