Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to clients.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback for improving processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for initial integration and training.
