  • Provide first-class customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback for improving processes and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
