For our client, a leading company in BPO and contact center solutions, we are currently looking for a

‍Remote Customer Experience Associate with Dutch (FULLY REMOTE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service via telephone and email;
• Inform clients about the conditions surrounding product usage;
• Navigate the customers with inquiries about the website and its usages (registering, logging in, data change);
• Resolve issues around orders and payments.

Requirements

• Native, accent-free command of the Dutch language;
• Communication-level English;
• Similar experience working in customer care.
