Remote CRM Specialist for US based Agency

Our client, a US based company, is currently seeking an CRM Specialist with B2B sales experience to join their team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building e-mail campaigns and nurturing leads. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- – Manage CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce) to track all leads (meta, Yelp, SEO)
- – Set appointments
- – Manage KPIs per each lead generation source
- – Nurture leads and ensure conversion.
- – Manage SMS / EMAIL / following up on estimates
- – English must be flawless and customer service amazing
- – Must answer all incoming phone calls and must be a delight to inbound leads
- – Must coordinate meeting times between sales reps and homeowners
- – Must create landing pages, sales funnels and e-mail sequences.
- – Monthly reviews of big three (SEO, Yelp and Meta)
- – Help manage content editor
Requirements
- Previous experience as an CRM Lead Generation or in B2B sales.
- Extensive experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Experience building sales funnels, landing pages and e-mail sequences.
- Excellent skills at mantaining the funnel.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
