Relocation & Back Office Representative with French and Spanish
Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Relocation and Back Office Representative with French and Spanish
Purpose of the role:
The Relocation team takes care of customers who would like for their existing fleet of corporate instruments to be moved to a different location. Since our client instruments are technologically complex, they need to be uninstalled, dismantled and reinstalled by specifically trained engineers. The transport needs to be managed by a logistics company with expertise in packing and moving sensitive equipment and the new location needs to be prepared accordingly. Our client offers their customers all these services as a package deal or per demand service.
As a Relocation Agent, you will deal with the following tasks:
- Analyze and categorize relocation requests according to their geographical location, complexity and urgency
- Inform the responsible Sales representatives to get support in getting additional information when necessary
- Use SAP CRM and an array of other tools to identify the exact product numbers of all machines that need to be moved
- Contact our client’s logistics partners and provide them with weights and dimensions of the customer fleet to get availability and quote on the transport required
- Contact Original Equipment Manufacturers to get a quote on uninstalling and reinstalling of Third party machines if such are included in the relocation
- Get necessary customs clearance documentation for relocation outside of the EU
- Analyze and choose a logistics offer
- Analyze and accept the Original Equipment Manufacturer offer
- Prepare an official offer and send it out to responsible Service Business Manager for approval using current price lists
- Once approval is granted, share it with the responsible Sales representative to send to customer
- Prepare Third Party PO for external partners such as logistics partners or third party vendors
Requirements
- Experience on data management, quality and cleaning
- Native/advanced level of French and Spanish
- B2 level of English or higher.
- Experienced user in CRM.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language.
- Motivation & personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Candidates must be located in Spain.
