Relationship Manager – Enterprise Onboarding
The Enterprise Relationship Manager’s role is to ensure the success of the integration for their client from the setup to after the integration is live by spearheading the Enterprise Cluster and building and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with our top clients along with Relationship Manager.
- Project management skills to coordinate rollouts, menu updates, integration expansion.
- Work with different team members to ensure successful integration.
- Pro-active skills to work on improving integration for client.
- External – Restaurants (Corporates and Franchises) Ordering Platforms and POS team.
- Internal – RM team, Support Team, Engineering Team, API Coordinators, Admin.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- 5+ years of experience with team leadership / Experience in the Information Services and Technology industry.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager/Project Manager.
- Flexibility to work during US hours is essential for this role.
- Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
