Salary: Case rate $95 (Audits/FRRs), $225 (MAOs) Cases are compensated at a flat rate per case and per case type.

Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing seeks an experienced Med/Surg RN for a remote VA Reviewer role with a mission-driven non-profit organization. Conduct independent medical record reviews for the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing critical insights to improve veteran care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent VA record reviews (Audits/FRRs and MAOs)
- Determine timeliness/appropriateness of care standards
- Analyze cases for quality management indicators
- Provide medical advisory opinions for legal inquiries
- Document findings using VA protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all cases
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree (ADN minimum)
- Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted RN license (U.S. state/territory)
- Current hospital privileges
- Experience:
- 5+ years active clinical Med/Surg practice
- 2+ years recent specialty experience
- Minimum 20 clinical hours/month in specialty
- Technical Skills: VA record systems (training provided), Standards of care evaluation, Medical-legal documentation
- Soft Skills: Impeccable clinical judgment, Objective analysis, Attention to detail, Time management
