Endeavor Fire Protection Holdings LLC is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting our Western Region operating companies. As a leading provider of fire and life safety services in the United States, Endeavor Fire offers a wide range of inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services for portable fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and plumbing systems. Our union operating companies include Valley Fire Protection (IN & IL), High Sierra Fire Protection (NV & CA), and Kimble & Company Fire Protection (CA). The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to help attract and retain top talent in the organization. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US, with candidates required to work in the Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies and educational institutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Construction recruiting experience required
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and external partners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
