The company has experienced significant growth and currently holds the #2 market share in Outdoor Furniture with over $400 million volume annually in Europe and North America.
we need a regional manger for our outdoor furniture, sola pergola sales and sales channel build up in Italy and Spain.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with channels/clients, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product and service recommendations to customers.
Responsibility
· Oversee all of the European sales strategy, build and manage the agency distribution channel, formulate channel development plans, optimize and stabilize the channel structure, and effectively implement and break down tasks
· Developing Agents: In designated regions, find, select and strategically manage all 3rd party agencies, including but not limited to hospitality, distributor/wholesaler, real estate etc
· Managing Agents: Familiarize oneself with the onboarding process, incentive programs, and exit policies for agents, and provide comprehensive product and business training to them
· Fulfilling Company Sales Targets: By expanding and effectively managing the network of agents, undertake and accomplish the company’s sales objectives
Requirements
- Demonstrated minimum of 5 years’ experience in chain store channel development, expansion, and management., preferably in the Outdoor Patio or related industry, priority with pergola, elevator, photovoltaic
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
