Regional Account Manager – Remote/Jordan

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Regional Account Manager to join our innovative team in the fast-paced realm of Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing enduring relationships with clients while spearheading sales initiatives. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be tasked with not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations by addressing their needs promptly and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong customer service orientation. Ultimately, we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the growth of our business by fostering successful, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt and secure new business opportunities and logos within designated territory.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts, focusing on expanding our client base.
  • Foster strong and enduring relationships with clients, serving as their primary liaison.
  • Take a solution-oriented approach to address the unique needs of each customer.
  • Utilize existing and potential customer networks to grow our business presence.
  • Resolve conflicts swiftly and offer timely resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to account representatives to drive sales success.
  • Deliver regular updates on account status and transactions.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor sales targets, aligning them with company goals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Track key sales metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Propose strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and identify avenues for growth.
  • Strategically map out target accounts and territories to prioritize outreach efforts and optimize sales efficiency.
  • Leverage sales tools and technology to streamline prospecting, lead management, and deal-closing processes for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements

•        Proven track record of success in Sr. Sales Account Management

•        Mandatory experience in the UAE and GCC markets

•        Minimum sales experience of 5 years

•        Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.

•        Hands-on experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.

•        Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

•        Solid understanding of sales performance metrics

•        Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

•        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

•        Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
