What We Will Do:

• Dive into the heart of tech talent acquisition by advertising open roles across a multitude of platforms, from traditional job boards to cutting-edge professional networks.
• Take charge of candidate processing on assigned boards, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every potential hire.
• Immerse yourself in every facet of the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a particular emphasis on conducting insightful interviews that uncover the best and brightest.
• Become the face of Outstaff Your Team, embodying our values and vision as you engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.

Requirements

What We Need:

• 1+ year of experience in a role with calls (customer support) or in hospitality industry;
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken Ukrainian and English (C1+).
• A burning passion for technology.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment workflow tools.
• Good sense of humor
