Job Description: Recruitment Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding the best candidates for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
- Create comprehensive and compelling job descriptions using predefined templates.
- Post job openings on various platforms and in Workable.
- Actively invite and engage potential candidates, providing them with application form links.
- Review CVs from lead sheets and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Efficiently manage candidate profiles on ClickUp.
- Schedule and coordinate initial interviews using Google Calendar and Zoom.
Interview:
- Conduct initial interviews via Zoom, approximately 30 minutes per candidate.
- Request candidates to convert CV formats to align with our organization’s standards.
- Create and maintain hiring tabulations for evaluation purposes.
Background Investigation (BI) Check:
- Confirm job offer with candidates through phone calls.
- Provide candidates with BI guidelines upon confirmation.
- Research candidate references using LinkedIn and Google.
- Initiate reference check emails to character references.
- Develop and manage Reference Check BI documents, coordinating with HR.
Onboarding:
- Create onboarding kits, including welcome emails and presentations.
- Facilitate 30-minute onboarding call.
- Generate talent agreements for new hires.
Administrative:
- Regularly check the active clients sheet for daily guidance.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage emails efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and organization.
- Maintain and update information on Workable.
- Generate end-of-day reports summarizing activities and progress.
- Collaborate with hiring manager
- Work closely with the assigned Jr. Recruiter
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Superb sourcing skills, demonstrated by a track record of identifying and attracting top-tier candidates in a variety of channels.
- Prior experience in account management, specifically within a staffing agency setting, is essential.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using ATS like Workable and other platforms like GDrive, Zoom, ClickUp, Slack and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with BI checks and reference verification processes.
- Ability to handle pressure effectively and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in account management is essential.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
